Before bringing your bike in, get in touch so we can confirm workshop capacity and parts availability for your specific model. (We don’t take formal drop-off bookings—prior approval is essential.)
After we confirm, bring your bike at the agreed time. We’ll proceed with the service using the parts set aside for your bike.
Important Policies
& Information
Collection Window
Due to limited workshop space, bikes must be picked up within 24 hours of notification. Bikes left beyond this period will incur a $25 daily storage fee to cover the reserved space. If you cannot collect in person, you may arrange for a courier or nominate a friend to pick up on your behalf.
Drop-Off Approval & Fees
Please do not bring your bike to our workshop unless explicitly instructed by our team. Priority servicing is reserved for our customers and bikes purchased through Sydney Electric Bikes. Bikes from other sources may face longer wait times or limited parts availability. A $30 booking fee applies upon drop-off.
Terms & Conditions
All customers leaving their bike with us must agree to our workshop terms and policies. We service e-bikes with motors up to 500 watts across most major brands. Each bike undergoes a comprehensive 10-point safety inspection upon arrival. Any safety-critical repairs identified will require your approval before proceeding.
Parts Policy
We supply and install parts but do not sell or post parts independently.
Pricing & Repairs
Our labor rate is $130 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($32.50 blocks). We do not provide fixed quotes, as electrical repairs can vary significantly in complexity. For electrical repairs on bikes or batteries not originally purchased from us, a $100 upfront deposit is required. While we strive to successfully repair your bike or battery, we cannot guarantee all issues will be resolved. Please note this deposit is non-refundable if the repair is unsuccessful.
