Food Delivery Bike Rental – Important Information

Minimum Rental Period

  • 4 weeks minimum.

  • For better rates we recommend renting  for 8 or 12-week commitments, plus extra free weeks for longer rentals.

Bond Requirement

  • A $250 bond is required. No exceptions.

Bike Speed & Legal Compliance

  • Our bikes comply with legal speed limits (25 km/h).

  • Using illegal bikes can result in fines up to $2,000 and potentially even jail time.

Pick-Up & Location

  • No delivery. You must collect from our Pyrmont store.

  • Once all paperwork is completed, the bike will be ready within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Priority is given to customers who provide complete and correct information. Incomplete paperwork = no booking.

  • To join the waiting list, payment is required: $250 bond + first week's rent. Rent starts from the day you collect the bike.

Do you provide accessories?

  • Yes, bikes come with a helmet, phone holder, lights, and a rear rack for deliveries.

  • We do not provide Uber bags or raincoats.

Can I walk into the store and get a bike immediately?

  • No. We operate on bookings only, as we are fully booked out these days.

  • To avoid frustration, confirm your collection date with us before coming in.

  • You’re welcome to visit the store to check the models, ask questions, and make a booking for another day.
