How do I secure my bike?

To secure your bike, you’ll need a few simple things:

  • 🆔 2 points of ID
  • 💳 2 points of payment
  • 📞 A backup contact person
  • ✍️ Signed Rent-to-Buy agreement



Once these are provided, your bike will be reserved and ready for you!
How do I pick the right bike?

Just let us know your name, height, weight, what you’ll use the bike for, and how many hours a day you plan to ride. We’ll match you with the perfect e-bike!
