• We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase. (Conditions Apply)

• All items must in new condition with the original packaging.

• Online purchases may be returned to any Sydney Ebike Rentals shops.

• Returns for all purchases require the original receipt.

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

• Online refunds are processed within 2  business days of approval.

• Refunds may take 7business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card.

• In-store cash refunds are processed via direct deposit. Valid ID is required.
