Power comes from a Bafang RMG062 rear hub motor, restricted to 250W by default and unlockable up to 750W for off-road use. With 80 Nm of torque, the Step conquers steep hills and rough terrain with ease. Paired with a Samsung 48V 21Ah battery, it offers up to 80+ km of pedal-assist range, letting you ride longer and explore further on a single charge.
Comfort and control are at the forefront thanks to a 100 mm inverted front suspension fork, Shimano 8-speed gearing, and wide 20” x 4.0” fat tyres. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with motor cut-off provide reliable stopping power, while the upright riding position gives a commanding view of the road. This combination ensures smooth, safe, and confident rides in any conditions.
Integrated LED lights and a backlit LCD display complete the experience, keeping you informed and visible day or night. Do sales come with a warranty?
Yes — all sales include a 12-month parts warranty. Labour time is not included, but we’re always happy to assist with service and repairs and can work with our suppliers for after sales support to ensure you feel safe and secure on your new wheels.
Do I need to book a test ride?
No bookings required — just drop in!
We’ll help you test ride multiple bikes or discuss options that suit your needs.Tip: Call ahead or message us first to confirm availability of the specific model you’re after.
What bike styles do you stock?
We stock Australia’s largest range, including:

How much do your bikes cost?
- New e-bikes: from $1,500
- Second-hand models: from $600, depending on stock
All bikes are fully supported and serviceable by our in-house mechanics.
Can I ride home the same day?
Yes! If your bike is in stock, we’ll assemble and prep it so you can ride straight out the door upon payment.
What’s the battery range per charge?
Between 30 – 115 km depending on:
- Battery size (9 Ah – 17 Ah)
- Rider weight
- Terrain and riding style

High torque or low torque — what’s the difference?
- High torque: better hill climbing and carrying heavier loads

Do you ship?
Yes — we deliver locally across Sydney and can ship nationally for a delivery fee.
We also partner with supporting stores across Australia to assist with assembly where possible.
Do you assemble the bikes?
Absolutely. Our mechanics have 15 + years’ experience and are among the most qualified in the country.
Do you offer after-sale support?
Yes — your first service is free!
We’re also always available to provide ongoing maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and support to keep your bike running perfectly as part of our workshop department.
