Pick up from Pyrmont store (ready in 1–3 business days). Every bike comes with helmet, phone holder, lights, and rear rack.

What do I need to rent a bike?
Just a few easy things: a $200 refundable bond, proof of address, a copy of your passport, and an Australian bank account. You’ll also need a safe place to store the bike indoors—sorry, we can’t rent to hostel stays.
What comes with the bike?
We’ve got you covered! Every bike comes with a helmet, phone holder, front & rear lights, and a rear rack for deliveries. (Heads up: we don’t supply Uber bags or raincoats.)
How do I secure my bike?
It’s simple! Pay the $200 bond + first week’s rent and your bike will be reserved. Your rental starts from the day you collect it.
How do I pick the right bike?
Just tell us a few things about yourself: your name, height, weight, what you’ll be using the bike for, and how many hours a day you plan to ride. We’ll match you with the perfect e-bike!
