The Pluma 2024, nicknamed “the feather”, is Europe’s most celebrated flat-bar urban e-bike now available in Australia. Designed for commuters who value minimalism, performance, and effortless style, the Pluma delivers a smooth, responsive ride in any city environment. Its lightweight alloy frame and 700 x 28c CST Sprint tyres make maneuvering through dense traffic and tight spaces a breeze, while maintaining stability and comfort.
Powered by a 250 W rear-hub Vamos motor and Samsung 36 V 7 Ah battery, the Pluma provides a reliable range of 40 km+ on a single charge. Pedal assist can be adjusted across nine levels, and the mid-axle torque sensor ensures natural, intuitive power delivery. Out of the box, the Pluma’s top speed is 25 km/h to comply with EN15194 Australian e-bike standards, with unlockable top speeds up to 32 km/h for off-road or private use. Throttle use is allowed only on private property.
The Pluma 2024 also prioritizes commuter-friendly features: a Dayco belt drive for low-maintenance, Tektro HD-T275 hydraulic brakes front and rear for confident stopping, integrated front and rear lights for visibility, ergonomic handlebar grips, and a Comfort Groove Justek saddle for long-distance rides. With a lightweight 16 kg frame and a rider height range of 160–205 cm, this e-bike is ideal for everyday commuting, errands, or leisurely urban exploration.

Do sales come with a warranty?
Yes — all sales include a 12-month parts warranty. Labour time is not included, but we’re always happy to assist with service and repairs and can work with our suppliers for after sales support to ensure you feel safe and secure on your new wheels.
Do I need to book a test ride?
No bookings required — just drop in!
We’ll help you test ride multiple bikes or discuss options that suit your needs.Tip: Call ahead or message us first to confirm availability of the specific model you’re after.
What bike styles do you stock?

How much do your bikes cost?

All bikes are fully supported and serviceable by our in-house mechanics.
Can I ride home the same day?
Yes! If your bike is in stock, we’ll assemble and prep it so you can ride straight out the door upon payment.
What’s the battery range per charge?
Between 30 – 115 km depending on:
- Battery size (9 Ah – 17 Ah)
- Rider weight
- Terrain and riding style

High torque or low torque — what’s the difference?
- High torque: better hill climbing and carrying heavier loads

Yes — we deliver locally across Sydney and can ship nationally for a delivery fee.
We also partner with supporting stores across Australia to assist with assembly where possible.
