Built around the Orbea Rise SL Hydro 2025 frame with 140 mm of travel and 29" wheels, the H10 features a Fox 36 Float SL Performance 140 fork with 3-position Grip damper and 15x110 axle up front, and a Fox Float Performance 2-position rear shock with custom tune — a suspension package engineered for precision and control on technical trails.
Power is provided by the Shimano EP600 RS Gen2 MC motor with Shimano Steps EM600 cranks, backed by a larger Orbea Internal 630 Wh battery for extended range on longer rides. The EN600-L remote delivers intuitive motor management, while the ethirteen Helix Core espec Direct Mount 32T chainring with 55 mm chainline and Orbea eBike chainguide keep the drivetrain tracking cleanly through rough terrain. Charging is handled by the Orbea 2nd Generation eBike Smart Charger.
The drivetrain steps up with Shimano SLX M7100 I-Spec EV shifters, a Shimano XT M8100 SGS Shadow Plus rear derailleur, and a Shimano CS-M7100 10-51T 12-speed cassette — a refined, responsive groupset built for demanding trail riding. Braking is handled by Shimano M6120 hydraulic disc brakes with Shimano RT64 180 mm rotors front and rear, while the cockpit features an OC Mountain Control MC31 800 mm handlebar, OC MC20 0° stem, OC Lock On grips, and an OC CM-05 computer mount compatible with Garmin and Sigma units.
Schwalbe Wicked Will Evo TLE 29x2.40 Super Race tyres — Soft Compound Addix up front for grip, Speed Grip Addix at the rear for efficiency — are mounted on Race Face AR 30c tubeless-ready wheels for a fast, confident rolling package. The Fizik Terra Ridon X5 145 mm saddle, 31.6 mm OC MC22 dropper seatpost with Shimano SL-MT500 I-Spec EV lever, and alloy 1-1/2" headset round out a build that is ready to perform from the first trail to the last.

Do sales come with a warranty?
Yes — all sales include a 12-month parts warranty. Labour time is not included, but we’re always happy to assist with service and repairs and can work with our suppliers for after sales support to ensure you feel safe and secure on your new wheels.
Do I need to book a test ride?
No bookings required — just drop in!
We’ll help you test ride multiple bikes or discuss options that suit your needs.Tip: Call ahead or message us first to confirm availability of the specific model you’re after.
What bike styles do you stock?

How much do your bikes cost?
- New e-bikes: from $1,500

All bikes are fully supported and serviceable by our in-house mechanics.
Can I ride home the same day?
Yes! If your bike is in stock, we’ll assemble and prep it so you can ride straight out the door upon payment.
What’s the battery range per charge?
Between 30 – 115 km depending on:
- Battery size (9 Ah – 17 Ah)
- Rider weight
- Terrain and riding style

High torque or low torque — what’s the difference?
- High torque: better hill climbing and carrying heavier loads

Do you ship?
Yes — we deliver locally across Sydney and can ship nationally for a delivery fee.
We also partner with supporting stores across Australia to assist with assembly where possible.

Absolutely. Our mechanics have 15 + years’ experience and are among the most qualified in the country.
Do you offer after-sale support?
Yes — your first service is free!
