At its core is a compact DAPU mid-drive motor delivering an impressive 95Nm of torque. Paired with torque and cadence sensors, the X Urban Neo provides smooth, responsive pedal assistance that feels natural and controlled, whether climbing steep hills or cruising long distances. With up to 120km of range, it’s ready for daily commuting or weekend adventures alike.
The reinforced 6061 aluminium frame houses a downtube-mounted 36V 16Ah battery, creating a clean profile while maintaining excellent weight balance. SR Suntour 100mm suspension forks, wide Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres, and hydraulic disc brakes ensure confidence and comfort across mixed terrain.
An adjustable stem and upright cockpit allow you to fine-tune your riding position, while the C-800 colour display keeps essential ride data at your fingertips. Integrated front and rear lighting, marine-rated cabling, and full mudguards complete a package designed for reliability, safety, and everyday usability.

Do sales come with a warranty?
Yes — all sales include a 12-month parts warranty. Labour time is not included, but we’re always happy to assist with service and repairs and can work with our suppliers for after sales support to ensure you feel safe and secure on your new wheels.
Do I need to book a test ride?
No bookings required — just drop in!
We’ll help you test ride multiple bikes or discuss options that suit your needs.Tip: Call ahead or message us first to confirm availability of the specific model you’re after.
What bike styles do you stock?
We stock Australia’s largest range, including:

How much do your bikes cost?
- New e-bikes: from $1,500
- Second-hand models: from $600, depending on stock
All bikes are fully supported and serviceable by our in-house mechanics.
Can I ride home the same day?
Yes! If your bike is in stock, we’ll assemble and prep it so you can ride straight out the door upon payment.
What’s the battery range per charge?
Between 30 – 115 km depending on:
- Battery size (9 Ah – 17 Ah)
- Rider weight
- Terrain and riding style

High torque or low torque — what’s the difference?
- High torque: better hill climbing and carrying heavier loads
- Low torque: better efficiency and battery life on flat terrain
Do you ship?
Yes — we deliver locally across Sydney and can ship nationally for a delivery fee.
We also partner with supporting stores across Australia to assist with assembly where possible.
Do you assemble the bikes?
Absolutely. Our mechanics have 15 + years’ experience and are among the most qualified in the country.
Do you offer after-sale support?
Yes — your first service is free!
We’re also always available to provide ongoing maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and support to keep your bike running perfectly as part of our workshop department.
