A PROMAX HB-T305 handlebar and stem combination, SP-252 seatpost, and VELO VL-6100 GEL saddle round out a comfort-focused riding position for longer commutes.
Power comes from a 250 W Mivice rear hub motor with Dayco belt drive, delivering 95 Nm of torque through an integrated torque sensor for smooth, natural pedal assistance, backed by a Mivice 15 Amp digital controller. The 36 V 13.2 Ah Samsung lithium battery — rated for up to 800 recharges from flat — delivers up to 80 km of range on 1:1 pedal assist and a 25 km/h max speed, with the latest in-frame battery design keeping the silhouette clean. A full-colour KD86 display with USB port and left-handlebar Mivice-compatible controls keep ride data and motor settings easily accessible, while the Sans 36V 2A lithium charger is AU compliant for safe charging at home.
The Suburban runs a single-speed drivetrain with 3 or 5-level PAS for simplified, low-maintenance riding, with a Shimano Acera ARDM360SGSL derailleur, PROMAX E44PP/32 170 mm 44T cranks, and a KMC Z51 chain. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes front and rear deliver confident, consistent stopping power in all weather conditions, while Power Circle P23DM double-wall alloy rims and Schwalbe Super Moto-X 27.5 x 2.4" tyres provide a stable, cushioned ride on city streets.
Practicality is built in with Buchel LED front and rear lights for static illumination, a HONKA HOOTA audible warning, black plastic 650B mudguards, a chain stay side-mount adjustable alloy stand, and an alloy 650B/700C pannier-compatible rear rack. Do sales come with a warranty?
Yes — all sales include a 12-month parts warranty. Labour time is not included, but we’re always happy to assist with service and repairs and can work with our suppliers for after sales support to ensure you feel safe and secure on your new wheels.
Do I need to book a test ride?
No bookings required — just drop in!
We’ll help you test ride multiple bikes or discuss options that suit your needs.Tip: Call ahead or message us first to confirm availability of the specific model you’re after.

How much do your bikes cost?

Yes! If your bike is in stock, we’ll assemble and prep it so you can ride straight out the door upon payment.
What’s the battery range per charge?
Between 30 – 115 km depending on:
- Battery size (9 Ah – 17 Ah)
- Rider weight
- Terrain and riding style

High torque or low torque — what’s the difference?

Yes — we deliver locally across Sydney and can ship nationally for a delivery fee.
We also partner with supporting stores across Australia to assist with assembly where possible.

Absolutely. Our mechanics have 15 + years’ experience and are among the most qualified in the country.
Do you offer after-sale support?
Yes — your first service is free!
