Urban Pulse ST – Step Through Commuter Electric Bike
Designed for comfort, convenience, and reliability, the VelectriX Urban Pulse ST step-through commuter electric bike makes urban travel effortless. The low step-through frame allows easy mounting and dismounting, while the adjustable stem and riser handlebars let riders customise their position for optimal comfort.
The 250 W Bafang M200 mid-drive motor delivers 60 Nm of torque for smooth, responsive pedal assistance up to 25 km/h. Coupled with a 460 Wh Reention Mini Eel battery, the Urban Pulse ST provides up to 60 km of range per charge and recharges in just 4–5 hours, ideal for daily commuting and weekend trips.
Safety and reliability are built in with Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, 160 mm rotors, and fast-rolling puncture-resistant Kenda 27.5” x 1.95” tyres. The Microshift 8-speed drivetrain ensures smooth gear changes on all urban terrain.
The bike comes fully equipped with integrated front and rear lights, mudguards, a 25 kg rear rack, and a kickstand for everyday convenience. Real-time ride data is displayed on the Bafang DP C11.CAN LCD, including speed, battery life, and trip information, keeping you informed throughout your journey.

Do sales come with a warranty?
Yes — all sales include a 12-month parts warranty. Labour time is not included, but we’re always happy to assist with service and repairs and can work with our suppliers for after sales support to ensure you feel safe and secure on your new wheels.
Do I need to book a test ride?
No bookings required — just drop in!
We’ll help you test ride multiple bikes or discuss options that suit your needs.Tip: Call ahead or message us first to confirm availability of the specific model you’re after.
What bike styles do you stock?
We stock Australia’s largest range, including:

How much do your bikes cost?
- New e-bikes: from $1,500
- Second-hand models: from $600, depending on stock
All bikes are fully supported and serviceable by our in-house mechanics.
Can I ride home the same day?
Yes! If your bike is in stock, we’ll assemble and prep it so you can ride straight out the door upon payment.
What’s the battery range per charge?
Between 30 – 115 km depending on:
- Battery size (9 Ah – 17 Ah)
- Rider weight
- Terrain and riding style

High torque or low torque — what’s the difference?
- High torque: better hill climbing and carrying heavier loads
- Low torque: better efficiency and battery life on flat terrain
Do you ship?
Yes — we deliver locally across Sydney and can ship nationally for a delivery fee.
We also partner with supporting stores across Australia to assist with assembly where possible.
Do you assemble the bikes?
Absolutely. Our mechanics have 15 + years’ experience and are among the most qualified in the country.
Do you offer after-sale support?
Yes — your first service is free!
We’re also always available to provide ongoing maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and support to keep your bike running perfectly as part of our workshop department.
