The Orbea Urrun 20 is designed for riders who want to travel further and enjoy more time on the trail. Built around the Orbea Urrun frame and a Marzocchi Bomber Z2 120mm suspension fork, it delivers a balanced ride with confident handling across a wide variety of terrain. The lightweight design and trail focused geometry help create a comfortable riding experience on both short outings and all day adventures.
Power comes from the Shimano EP600 drive unit paired with an integrated Orbea 630Wh battery and Shimano EN500 display. The system is designed to provide smooth and natural pedal assistance while maximising efficiency, giving riders the confidence to tackle climbs and extend their riding distance without unnecessary effort.
A Shimano Cues 11 speed drivetrain with an 11 to 50 tooth cassette provides a wide gear range for changing terrain, while Shimano MT420 hydraulic disc brakes offer dependable stopping performance in varying trail conditions. Tubeless ready 29 inch alloy wheels are fitted with Schwalbe Smart Sam Performance tyres, providing grip and stability on loose surfaces and hard packed trails alike.
Comfort and control are enhanced by the OC Mountain Control cockpit, a dropper seatpost with Shimano remote lever and the Fortune saddle. The frame is also compatible with optional mudguards, a rear rack and an optional range extender, allowing riders to customise the bike for commuting, bikepacking or extended off road adventures.

Do sales come with a warranty?
Yes — all sales include a 12-month parts warranty. Labour time is not included, but we’re always happy to assist with service and repairs and can work with our suppliers for after sales support to ensure you feel safe and secure on your new wheels.
Do I need to book a test ride?
No bookings required — just drop in!
We’ll help you test ride multiple bikes or discuss options that suit your needs.Tip: Call ahead or message us first to confirm availability of the specific model you’re after.
What bike styles do you stock?
We stock Australia’s largest range, including:

How much do your bikes cost?
- New e-bikes: from $1,500
- Second-hand models: from $600, depending on stock
All bikes are fully supported and serviceable by our in-house mechanics.
Can I ride home the same day?
Yes! If your bike is in stock, we’ll assemble and prep it so you can ride straight out the door upon payment.
What’s the battery range per charge?
Between 30 – 115 km depending on:
- Battery size (9 Ah – 17 Ah)
- Rider weight
- Terrain and riding style

High torque or low torque — what’s the difference?
- High torque: better hill climbing and carrying heavier loads
- Low torque: better efficiency and battery life on flat terrain
Do you ship?
Yes — we deliver locally across Sydney and can ship nationally for a delivery fee.
We also partner with supporting stores across Australia to assist with assembly where possible.
Do you assemble the bikes?
Absolutely. Our mechanics have 15 + years’ experience and are among the most qualified in the country.
Do you offer after-sale support?
Yes — your first service is free!
We’re also always available to provide ongoing maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and support to keep your bike running perfectly as part of our workshop department.
