3 days  - 25% discount

1 week - 50% discount

We require full payment to complete a booking. Please note that a $750 security deposit is required.

Collection is at 210 Harris St, Pyrmont.

Monday to Friday : 10am to 6pm / Saturday : 10am to 4pm. Sunday Closed. If you collect on Saturday you can return the bike on Monday morning for the two day hire.

Delivery Information for Our E-Bikes:

- One-Way Delivery Rates: We offer one-way delivery from our Pyrmont store with the following rates:
  - Within 10 km: $50
  - Within 25 km: $75
  - Beyond 25 km: $100

Please note that this fee covers one-way delivery only. If you need a pick-up service, the same rates will apply. Distances are calculated from Pyrmont using the best available route (via Waze or Google Maps). If you're uncertain about your rate, feel free to contact us, especially if you're between two rate zones. For deliveries over 25 km, we may need to cancel the request if the distance is too far or unmanageable. All deliveries need to be checked and approved by us.

- Booking and Availability: We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. While short-notice bookings are sometimes possible, requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling.

- Payment Requirement: Delivery bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
